Mark your Calendar's for our 2024 Retreats. April 11-14, 2024 and October 17-20, 2024. Our retreats sell out fast. Once we have sold out we will started a wait list for both retreats.

Registration is now open for our 2024 Retreats. You girls have been asking and we listened! We have added an optional extra day, Thursday to our retreats. This will include an extra day of lodging and lunch on Friday.

Our retreats take place at Heit's Point in Lincoln, MO.

Retreat price: Friday-Sunday $195 Check in is 3:00 pm on Friday, Thursday-Sunday $260 Check in is 3:00 pm on Thursday. 

Lodging is included. Dorm style rooms that you will share with other attendees. All rooms including the Smallest rooms have a queen size bed and queen size fold out couch. Medium size rooms have 2 added twin size beds. Large rooms have 4 added twin size beds. All bed linens and towels are included. Bathrooms and showers in each room.

Meals: Thursday, no meals. Friday, Lunch and Dinner. Saturday, Lunch and Dinner. Sunday, Breakfast Cinnamon Rolls. Drinks 24 hours, Coffee, Tea, Water. There is also a refrigerator and microwave that you are move than welcome to use.

When our retreats sell out, we will start a Wait List and will call you if a cancellation comes up. A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit is required to reserve/sign up for your spot. 

There will be a NON-REFUNDABLE 4% convenience fee on all credit card and debit card transactions. If a refund needs to be issued, it will be so in the form of a store credit. By signing up for the retreat (in person, by mail, e-mail or verbally over the phone) you agree to all the terms listed above.  

Payments and deposits can be dropped off at the store or mailed to us at Scrapbook-N-Memories 103 E. Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, MO 64701. We also now offer Venmo, please call or email for the link.

Payments: Balances are due 60 days prior to start of event.  Unpaid invoices will be cancelled and seats will be forfeited the day following due date.  Invoices are emailed and are the responsibility of the person registering.

Driving Directions from the store:
US-71 south to MO-7 south, Clinton exit and turn left.
At 3rd stop light in Clinton turn left and stay on MO-7. Turn left onto MO-C.
In Lincoln turn right on US-65 for 1 mile, then left on MO-H for 11 miles.
Turn right on Lake Road H-25. Camp entrance is 1 mile on the right.
Frequently Asked Questions:
 
Do we have to bring our own linens?
Answer: No, sheets, comforter, pillow and towels are all provided. Rooms are dorm style with bathrooms and most beds are Queen size with two people sharing. You can bring an airbed if you don't want to share.
 
Do we have wifi?
Yes we have wifi available at the retreat, but depending on how many people are on at once there might be some slowing speeds. Please bring EAR PHONES if you need to listen to music, videos and classes. Not everyone has the same taste in music and want to hear all the extra noises.
 
Temperature?
It is hard to regulate temperature in a large room that has windows floor to ceiling on 2 sides when the sun is coming through, so dress in layers. It is easier to keep the room cooler and add a layer then it is to take layers off.
 
Extension cords and power strips?
Yes to both. An extension cord and even a power strip are good to have since outlets are spread out. It's also a good idea to bring some tape to secure your cords to the floor to prevent tripping.
 
Can we bring an extra table?
Answer: No you can not bring your own table. We are limited on the amount of space and there is just not enough room for everyone to bring a table. All tables are 8 foot tables, which is more than enough space for a weekend crop. Please do not block the aisles, place large items under your table. 
 
What time can we arrive?
Answer: Check in starts at 3:00 pm on Friday. You will not be able to get into the building before this time. We need to be able to have plenty of time to get tables and rooms ready. If you paid for the extra day, then you can arrive on Thursday at 3:00 pm.



Cancellations:  

Deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable under any circumstance.  

We do not offer refunds on retreat seats, we do however allow you to transfer your paid fee amount less non-refundable deposit to a future retreat within one year of cancellation if cancelled 60 days prior to event.   Transfers are valid for one event only, if the second event is cancelled all credits/transfers will be void. 

Cancellations 60 days or less will not qualify for a refund, transfer or credit.  You are encouraged to sell your seat to another scrapper and we will assist you in selling your seat.  In the case that Scrapbook-N-Memories handles the payment of selling the seat a processing fee of 5% of the total will be withheld from refund.

Cancellations must be made via email to scrapbknmemories@aol.com.  NO other form of notification will be accepted. 

You may transfer your seat to another lucky attendee we just ask you email scrapbknmemories@aol.com as soon as transfer is made.   If needing to sell a seat please email us so we may help you.  Our intent is to get your seat filled so that no one misses out on the fun!  Scrapbook-N-Memories is not responsible for selling your seats.  You may post on our Facebook page or share with friends once we are notified of the cancellation.  We may have a waiting list that we can pull from to help you sell your seat. 

Scrapbook-N-Memories reserves the right to cancel any event as deemed necessary due to weather, facility issues, etc. and will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by attendees such as airfare or other travel expenses.  Should an event be cancelled by Scrapbook-N-Memories all registration fees minus the deposit paid will be transferred to a future event date.

Scrapbook-N-Memories is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the event. 

No children under the age of 16 allowed at events.  

 All attendees must have a paid reservation to attend event.
